Public bug reported: Hello.
It seems keyboard shortcuts custom associations are not working in Kubuntu 11.10 (64 bits). I have created a shortcut for opening E-mail client (Thunderbird) using 'Mail' hot-key, using 'Standard shortcuts' preference window. The hot- key is detected and the shortcut is configured, but pressing the hot-key does nothing. The same for other keyboard combinations. Conversely, audio volume hot-keys are working, even the corresponding association in 'Global shortcuts' for Amarok is empty, while shortcuts for 'stop/pause/next...' are attached to the corresponding hot-keys but these are not working. It is a fresh installation. ** Affects: kubuntu-meta (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: Hello.
