The file is /var/log/bootstrap.log, same warnings here but no further
issues. Last change of log file was on 7th of Oct.2010, iirc the upgrade
from Natty to Oneiric, it collects dpkg upgrade informations.

A warning is not an error, there are situations where they can
rightfully be emitted. I'm not sure what bootstrap.log refers to... but
if you want to get rid of those warnings you should file a bug against
the tool that generates this log file. Is it debootstrap maybe ?
