I reported this bug six months ago. One of the comments suggests it was
a problem on the server, noticed within a month of this post. And I
can't remember which computer I reported this bug on. I'm calling it
fixed.

Hi NickNakGus, and thank you for your report. I can't seem to reproduce
this problem as sorting by top-rated appears to be correct on my
machine. Please let us know if you still see this error, and if possible
provide very specific steps to reproduce.
