While the system was running with the latest kernel (3.0.0-14) in Ubuntu
11.10, the wireless stopped working all of a sudden and cannot be
reenabled until the next reboot.  When I peeked into the dmesg log, it
appears that the module crashed.  Attached is the dmesg log containing
information leading up to the crash.
