Also affects me on Empathy in Fedora 19. So more general fix should
include accept/deny always/just-once in security settings option in
Empathy itself, rather than gnome/kde.

In my 12.10, if I go to the bottom right hot corner, I see a question
mark. Clicking there shows all requests with the option to accept or
deny the contact. Actually, I am looking for a way to disable these
messages that I keep getting from webcam girls...
