Until January 12th packages that are unaltered in Ubuntu will be semi- automatically pulled into the archive (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PrecisePangolin/ReleaseSchedule - DebianImportFreeze). the next time an archive admin runs the necessary script, this package gets updated, so I close this bug.
