Still didn't work on March 17 daily build. Feisty uses the same old
'vesa' driver both when booted from LiveCD/installed on HDD. Did March
17 build include the updated discover-data? Should I also test beta
release when it becomes available?

The newest discover-data release should fix this. Please retry with a
daily livecd-snapshot or the beta which is released next week, and
reopen if it still fails.
