As mentioned the 'linux-way' doesn't work. And I'm not familiar with 'HPQFlash'
or what they mean with 'disk on key', double-click on an .exe file is useless
on Ubuntu.

Christopher, I know, I've intended to tell you, there is no ISO
directory and no rom.iso, hence I don't know how to proceed without as
per instructions from the help page.

Sam_, if your BIOS isn't actually updated you wouldn't be all done. If it is,
please provide:
