I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 (early tester :) - and when I put the system to
suspend after applying the latest updates, the system appears to turn
off as expected (fan turns off and all that), but after a second or two
it turns back on, and returns to the lock screen.

It did not have this problem in 11.10 with Kernel 3.0.xx so I think it
is a problem with 3.2, but I could be wrong.
