Jorge Rama, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any
activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If
so, could you please test for this with the latest development release
of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com

Title:
Removable storage device not detected as block device
I tried the indicated kernel (v3.2-precise) and was unable to boot into
the Gnome Environment. In recovery mode I had access to the root console
and tried to plug in the usb stick.
I received a lot of lines directly into the console similar to these:
