Please update the ubuntu penguintv package to 4.5 based on my new
upstream release: https://sourceforge.net/projects/penguintv/
Most importantly it contains platform and API fixes:
* Add real webkit support
* Add AppIndicator support
* Update NetworkManager support
and also various bugfixes
