DISTRIB_CODENAME line was modified by me, in /etc/lsb-release to allow a pretty
information in a superkaramba applet.
When restored the fonctionnality of Muon is restored.

I obtain this in a terminal, the option in muon updater to access
software sources configuration doesn't work instead of update
verification (kernel 3.2.0.54, kde 4.11.1, muon raring dalek 1.3.1).
$ sudo software-properties-kde --dont-update --attach 109051925
[sudo] password for phfdn:
The problem in 13.10 is a different one.
