we need some more information to investigate the problem. what did you
do before it crashed? which version of ubuntu do you use?

I fell very sorry, but I have to reject the bug report, since it is too
generic and could not be solved without any further information. In the
next Ubuntu version there will be a system that helps us to gather
infromation.
Feel free to reopen this bug if you run into this problem a second time.
