Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce :
- launch BOINC Manager
- try to close it from the launcher (right-clic -> Quit), or from the menu 
(File->Close)

Expected behavior : BOINC Manager exits and disappears from the launcher
(if not locked)

On my installation, the icon does not disappear, and the process boincmgr is 
still alive.
I have to kill the process or reboot to make it disappear.
