I have tested the update-manager-core package by running 'sudo do- release-upgrade -d' on an Edgy server install. It worked well. One thing that I noticed however was that when I pressed 'd' for details regarding packages being removed I was not returned a new prompt with my available options.

Ugh, that's not quite the classical SRU, that's an entirely NEW package. I don't see this package in edgy-proposed either, did you forget to actually upload it? Since we do not usually add new packages to stable releases, I'd like to have this discussed at the meeting or signede off by Matt.
