It's possible, even likely, that this bug was hidden by the poor frame
timing in previous versions of compiz. Now that the timing is improved
(bug 880707) you get to see literally more frames than you could before.
So it's more likely you will be able to observe single-frame bugs like
this one,

I don't think this bug should be High or targeted for 0.9.7.0. This bug
has been around for a long time (since oneiric at least) and is not new.
Perhaps targeting for 0.9.7.2 is more realistic?
