Binary package hint: desktop-effects
If you open System-Help, you can see that there is a help manual for
Desktop Effects under Common Questions. That's good, but it would make
sense and be more discoverable if there were a help button at the bottom
left of the Desktop Effects capplet (exactly like in the Shared Folders
capplet).
