Public bug reported:

I installed network-manager-vpnc (and vpnc), then restarted network
manager, restarted dbus, rebooted the machine, performed magic goat
incantations, etc but despite all of which the VPN menu only shows PPTP
as an option. This is frustrating, since I'd like to use NetworkManager
to connect to a cisco VPN.
