In order to provide proxy support for ubuntu sso client as well as
ubuntu one control panel code needs to be added to ensure that the
following actions are taken:
* The proxy settings of the system are used.

- Implement the missing parts of the webclient code so that the proxy can
- be used. Ir order to get the credentials a creds dialog most be shown so
- that the user can provide them. Those credentials should be stored in
- the keyring.
