I'm using kubuntu 12.04.
/etc/default/keyboard
XKBMODEL=pc105
XKBLAYOUT=us,ru
XKBVARIANT=winkeys,winkeys
XKBOPTIONS=grp:caps_toggle,grp_led:caps
ignored by system while loading desktop. It seems that there was broken
the call of setxkbmap: manual call (or the same in Autoload script)
