version that Ubuntu ships:

GladeUI-Message: The DevHelp installed on your system is too old,
devhelp feature will be disabled.
Actually it shouldn't make a big difference for you but I will have to
check why this happens because it doesn't seem to be Ubuntu specific.
Anyway, you should have nearly the full functionality
Thanks for the reassurance. I am not doing anything earth shaking, but
messages like that give me to pause. I expect there is some problem
upstream with version synchronization.
