When using "debtags submit", it submits to an invalid mail address, so
it is impossible to submit debtags, see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=641968. This was fixed in version 1.8.0 which is
currently in Debian testing. Apparently, the patch is at
