You may need to run the following:
sudo apt-get install -f
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
Then re-install the package.

Thank you for your help but it isnt resolved.
After running the first line (sudo apt-get install -f) it returns an
error:

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Reviewing your dmesg attachment in this bug report it
seems that there is a problem with your hardware. I recommend
performing a back up and then investigating the situation. Measures you
might take include
I seriously doubt its a hardware problem, if this is the solution then
why is Windows (which also runs on this netbook) still running like
sunshine, never had any issues with it.
I know how to install Ubuntu and I can take the time to fix issues but
if this is your final answer I am gonna trow
