Public bug reported: Hello,
I just installed the 12.04 beta1 and suspend is not working anymore. When I installed it I choosed "replace the ubuntu 11.10 install" option. The screen goes black but the LCD backlight is still on. Then, there is no way to bring it back, tried CTRL+ALT+F1 to bring the console, tried the syst req magic keys to reboot. No way. Hard shutdown is the only thing to do ... But it was working very good on 11.10.
