dino99, does it really work for you in gnome-terminal? It's still broken
for me, but in terminal _only_. All other apps (gedit, nautilus,
firefox, empathy) work fine.

Seems that the latest libxi 1.5.99.3-0ubuntu2 have fixed this issue , at
least with i386 system. (bug #949465 )

Just ran a dist-upgrade on my Precise install, restarted X, and gnome-
terminal is the only one out of the apps listed above that does not
scroll.

I confirm this bug but I also have other annoying problems:
* On the gnome-terminal (or other apps with a standard gtk menubar and without
using the global menu of Unity), if I click on a menu, I can't switch to
another one just by moving my mouse's pointer on other menus.
* It seems a few app
Precise i386 logged as gnome-classic, fully updated from genuine
archives
scrooling works with firefox, but does not with nautilus
