Beryl is currently on it's way into Ubuntu. It may take a day or two till all
parts are build, reviewed by the archive admins and distributed to all mirrors.
This problem should resolve on it own in the next week.

As Michael said, Beryl is quite new. Infact, the plugins package was
built only 9 hours ago.

Mirrors will update over the next week or so, if you need it now you can
use the main Ubuntu mirror which should have the package.
