This package needs to be rebuilt against Apache 2.2 to work.
You can rebuild the source package yourself if you want a workaround.

Got the same problem after an upgrade from Dapper->Edgy->Feisty.
I installed apache2-prefork-dev and recompiled the module from the
package on mod-cband.com, and everything worked fine.
So someone just needs to pop a new binary into the package.

It's too bad this was not confirmed before Feisty was released, as it could
have been fixed before release. Oh well, I hope the fixed package will make it
into feisty-updates :)
