Scrolling has stopped working for me since I upgraded from Ubuntu 11.10
to 12.04. The slim scroll bar appears on the right hand edge of the
window, but this does not change to the small scroll bar widget when the
mouse moves onto the bar. Attempts to drag the bar also fail.

It seems that the fix has already been committed to the clutter-1.10
branch

Hopefully the new, or at least patched, package of clutter will reach
Precise soon. We will see if it works.
