It appears your proxy environment is set to a odd value. Can you please run:
$ env|grep _proxy
and attach the output?

I installed Tor at this time. Maybe this caused the problem. There is no output
when I run env|grep _proxy in the terminal.
Same with echo $http_proxy.
Now the same error occurs today:
