Context menus dont show until mouse over

I have updated to the latest 12.04 available and it seems to have been
fixed. I have not experienced this issue for a few days now.
$ cat /etc/lsb-release && uname -a
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=12.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=precise
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 12.04 LTS"
Linux dogmatic69 3.2.0-20-g
It happens when using Compiz in Lubuntu 12.04 as well with all the
updates installed.
