Note: i'm not sure if we should use "reboot-notifier" icon or "gnome-
session-reboot" icon, the two work, but the first seems to be more
consistent for me (since it's the same as the panel icon...).

Izi, this comes from your "UI improvements" patch. merely using "gnome-
session-reboot" instead of gtk.STOCK_REFRESH doesn't work. Would you
like to take a look into this?
