Well, I uninstalled Ubuntu One, made reboot, re-install Ubuntu One, then
copied the last ubuntuone-control-panel.mo file to the folder specified
and then started Ubuntu One control panel. And I got the same error.
What do I do wrong?

That .mo file is definitely fixed, so let's make sure that all works
properly:
1. Copy the file:
cd /tmp
wget

sudo cp /tmp/ubuntuone-control-panel.mo
Wow! It works now.
I think my mistake was that I saved the ubuntuone-control-panel.mo file
directly from browser (and, obviously, firefox does not run as root).

Not sure what is this .mo file for? It somehow affects localisation, as
I guees? Nevertheless, putting it into /usr/share/locale-
langpack/be/LC_MESSAGES/ did not change anything.
