Michael Hudson-Doyle, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't
been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development
release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from
I'm tagging this kernel-unable-to-test-upstream -- I ran the upstream
kernel for a while, but iwlwifi in general does not seem to work well in
that kernel and deassociates from the AP after usually a few hours,
unlike this oops which only happens every few days.
