Can reproduce on a Toshiba Satellite R630. The module was making
problems in kernel 3.0.x too, but never saw a report like this in the
logs. After a dist-upgrade I now get it. It looks like the problem only
shows up in locations with a lot of different wireless networks and a
weak connection to the

I was actually looking into why my kvm virtual machine was crashing and looked
in the host dmesg and noticed the trace.
At least in oneiric this didn't happen. I also don't know whether this happens
regularly, but I will keep an eye on it.
