This isn't a bug, it's intended - since feature freeze took affect we've
been carefully picking changes from trunk to put in the package source.
I would just follow up on the branch that you proposed mentioning that
the change is not in the packaged version. We can work it out from
there.

Ah, ok - thanks! It actually makes sense, since there's no real good way
of dealing with a freeze when the distro packaging and the source tree
