Public bug reported:

The old control panel had KiB/s label, the new control panel says
"kilobits per second". The backend expects KiB/s and the config file
being written specifies the values in bytes per second.

STR:

1. Set 100 "kilobits per second" in the control panel
2. Open ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf

Actual results:
The value of the changed parameter is 102400 (100 * 1024).

The label is wrong.
