Public bug reported: I am on Ubuntu12.04 64bit updated to 19.4.2012.
On starting a qemu-kvm network(I guess that it was the cause) I got a squid3 crasher on my system. apport catched it with succes, asked me for the superuser phassphrase(I give it), ask me to add the custom config for squid3 to the report(I agree), and then..., nothing more. A manual start of apport with the .crash form (gksu nautilus- >) var/log/crash/squid3.crash (-> right mouse button -> open with apport) failed. No reporting was possible. I attach the squid3.crash here.
