Same here.
I tyied with Ubuntu 12.04 amd64 AND 32 bit version.
Nvidia driver: nvidia-current 295.40-0ubuntu1
Everytime I suspend and then I return - Unity 3D freezes.
Everytime I switch user and come back - - Unity 3D freezes.
I setup Unity 2D as the default login, and everything seems to
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
