Public bug reported:

Open the right-side panel and select Playlist. Add many tracks or reduce
the size of the window in order to enable the vertical scrol slider. Put
your mouse pointer in the playlist and double-click on a file so that
the music starts.

Let say you want to scroll the playlist to choose another song : if you
use the wheel of your mouse, the track horizontal slider moves as well.
