I can confirm this problem with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64-Bit
(3.2.0-36-generic # 57-Ubuntu SMP) and Evolution 3.2.3. I'm located in
Germany and the events in the Unity Evolution Calendar Indicator have
the wrong dates (-1 day of the real events).

I suppose I should have added a translation, the bug #993505 is about
glibc mistakenly setting Sunday as the first day of week for
LC_COLLATE=lv_LV even though like in everywhere else in Europe week of
course starts on Monday. Whether that could cause this bug, I'm not so
sure about. Also
