I don't get which report you would like me to do (I don't understand most of

When I reinstalled ubuntu, I used the old wubi-file I already had on my
computer, thus I got the 11.10 version to start

What's the best way to track the changes made by updates in 12.04?
I am willing to do a fresh install but I have a feeling it's one of the updates
