Public bug reported:
My target system is a home-build AMD (Athlon 3000+), with a GForce 5700
video card.
Installing the 7.04-beta, the system defaulted to an 800x600 resolution.
The timezone panel is larger than the screen area, and the buttons at
the bottom were pushed off the display.
I was unable to resize the panel or move it to get to the buttons on the
bottom.
I will attempt a 6.10 install and see if the same issue arises.
