Public bug reported:

Description: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
Release: 12.04

I try to upgrade 2 pc's and both failed with upgrade manager from kde..

The upgrade failed and I have only the icon restart your system, so
after restart nothing work and I can't connecting to my session.

I try by console:
 apt-get -f install after broken and I get :
E: Internal Error, No file name for libapt-pkg4.12

After try to install this package from http://packages.ubuntu.com and these
dependency I get a new problem with "-f install" :

E: Internal Error, No file name for libmount1

it's a pity, every update there is a growing problem!! And the distro is more
and more unstable ! Maybe it's time to return on debian..

Thanks for your help.
