I am unable to reproduce the bug. Since this report doesn't include
reproduction steps, I guess its reasonable to close it. Since I don't
how to do it properly, i change the status to invalid. A bug that
cannot be reproduced, is invalid, given the options above.
(Incomplete might seem better
The program can be executed from System-Administration-Language
Support or from a Terminal by typing gnome-language-selector. It
launches correctly on 8.04.2 LTS at version 0.3.4.

Its been a while, and unfortunately my bug report doesn't seem to include
reproduction steps.

Same problem after fresh install of edgy then manual upgrade from
feisty:

I reinstalled language-selector and language-selector-common and the
problem went away.
