recreate this on the latest release of Ubuntu and cannot reproduce it.

exist in the latest version of Ubuntu, please comment on why that is the

This is no longer a duplicate now that I've reviewed similar bugs. This
bug is about the Keybaord Shortcuts overlay showing two different
actions for Alt+F10, because Alt+F10 really is bound to two if you
upgrade. But only one action will work (Opens the indicator menu).

Workaround:
Go to CCSM General Options Key bindings ... and change the keys to
something else.
