Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 12.04, I can't build libreoffice:

    $ git clone git://anongit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core
    $ ...
    $ cd core
    $ sudo apt-get build-dep libreoffice
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Failed to satisfy Build-Depends dependency for libreoffice: Installed
package libcommons-logging-java is too new

No matter which version of libcommons-logging-java is installed. Even if
libcommons-logging-java is not installed at all I get the same error
message.

** Affects: libreoffice (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
