I can confirm the bug, I first noticed it when trying to change a column of an existing table, then after trying to create a new table - every time when closing the column properties window. I can also confirm that changing GTK theme to clearlooks (after installing gtk2-engines) in KDE's System

Oh, I forgot to comment something else. Be careful if you also have installed programs for the i386 architecture. I installed Google Earth and it deleted my updated version of gtk2-engines-oxygen to install the i386 version (which is not updated either in Kubuntu 12.04 LTS). My solution was to
