AFAICT, clamav-unofficial-sigs is in universe so I don't think it is supported by Canonical for LTS releases so I doubt they will do the update. I am not a member of Ubuntu so I cannot do any updates outside the normal automatic copying from Debian to Ubuntu. I only look at Launchpad in case there are some bugs that might apply to Debian.
