Hey Philippe Gauthier!

When I add default;
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"

and change to:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash hpet=disable"

In the terminal:
sudo update-grub

Then I reboot. The "CE: hpet increasing min_delta_ns to" goes away. In the
beginning I had problem also with fsck, but know it is better. When I remove
"hpet=disable" and use the default my computer when I start up (not reboot)
goes 12 sec slower then when I have "hpet=disable". Why?

I have been reading alot about the issue and it seems to be common. I
manage to solve "clocksource tsc unstable" and also "CE: hpet increasing
min_delta_ns to".

In the terminal I wrote:
sudo gedit /etc/default/grub

changed the default to:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash clocksource=jiffies"

and then:
sudo update-grub

Then I reboot the computer and the "clocksource tsc unstable" is gone and also
"hpet increasing min_delta_ns". Clocksource tsc unstable comes up now if
if I choose switching between powersave, performance etc. When I now use
"clocksource=jiffies" I got this message.

"

alsa-util.c: Disabling timer-based scheduling because high-resolution timers
are not available from the kernel.

I can not use totem and rythmbox to listen to mp3-songs. VLC works and I can
listen to music from internet. I solved this issue: I will copy from one dude
that made same has me to solve this:
 I download from the Software Center of Ubuntu the "PulseAudio
preference".
 After installing, then i go to menu system>preference>pulseAudio
 preference. In PulseAudio Preference I go to "simultaneous output"
and check the box "add a virtual output device for simultaneous release
of all the board of local sounds".

 After I go to menu system>preference>sound and go to
 "output". In "output", I check the box "Simultaneous output to audio
interno Analog Stereo".

I hope that this will be solved. I love Ubuntu, I am new but learned alot, but
do this every kernel update or clean installation takes time. This should in
mine opion not happen. Beside that you and Ubuntu stuff are making really good
work. I will check if "clocksource=jiffies" and fsck works. Will use terminal
command:

sudo touch /forcefsck

Thanks for everything Kurdistan!
