Hi, luckyly the problem is solved. The old pwd has the Ñ character, so I just choose a new pwd without Ñ and now all is going perfect.By the way, is a pleasure help a so good product as Ubuntu. Thanks to you and the Ubuntu team for the great OS that give us.
